Dear Estate Planning Council Professional:

Please join the Estate Planning Council of Berks County on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, with networking from 7:30 a.m. – 8 a.m. followed by breakfast, a brief business meeting, and a presentation with Steven Hofmann of Lifetime Financial Services.

First-time guests are free. A $75.00 guest fee will be applied after the first visit. All guests must be accompanied by a current Berks County Estate Planning Council member.

In 2022, Washington State enacted the first of its kind "Long Term Care Insurance" Requirement, by introducing the 'WA Cares Fund'. Legislation before the PA House will bring a similar bill to Pennsylvania, enacting a payroll tax on Pennsylvanians. At our December meeting, we will take a sneak peek at the proposed legislation and discuss some of the chaos surrounding the enactment of the law in Washington and how this will impact you and your individual and business clients. Berks Estate Planning Council member Steven Hofmann will present.

Steve Hofmann is a Wealth Manager with Lifetime Financial Services. Steve works with individuals and businesses to secure their financial future. A Berks County native, Steve is a graduate of The American University in Washington DC with a degree in International Relations and Economics. He is active in the community and his church, volunteering as the Endowment Chairman of the local Boy Scout Council, and as a member of the Berks County Estate Planning Council. He lives in Shillington, PA with his wife and two sons. When he isn’t meeting with clients, you can find him running and hiking on the scenic trails of Pennsylvania.

Special thanks to our meeting sponsor Kingsview Partners.
